Salem's Kuebler Boulevard

Almost a mile's length of pervious sidewalk - Salem's Kuebler Boulevard. Evolution Paving's specifications were used by Oregon DOT to resolve conflicts with federal agencies, who set high expectations for zero-runoff for this $17M arterial expansion. With on-site retention projects escalating during negotiations between the local, state, and federal agencies, The Evolution Way pervious concrete mixture provided an integral solution towards agreement between the agencies and in getting this project completed in 2009.
