Dallas East Place Apartments

Dallas, Oregon

Expensive site development and smaller lots require developers to use every square foot of investment land for income producing purposes. Impervious limits are also making site development more challenging. Pervious concrete allows more land to be use for buildings and parking areas and less land be set aside for detention or retention ponds that increase maintenance with no return on investment.

EAST apartments

The owner of East Place Apartments chose pervious concrete pavement on their last two multi-family developments in Dallas, Oregon. That gave them the maximum usable space and saved them from connecting to the city storm system. Water soaks into the ground instead of flushing off the surface. Upper and lower aquifers are allowed to recharge naturally instead of being covered and starved of fresh water.
